Whether you like it fresh and fruity, warm and wholesome or a quick slice of toast – breakfast is an important meal of the day. It’s a great way to get your body kick-started and loaded up with all the good stuff. WHY A SCOOP?

Our seeds are an excellent source of a compound known as glucoraphenin, which releases sulforaphene when eaten. Sulforaphene is a powerful bioactive molecule which can turn on your body’s self-defence mechanisms and reduce inflammation and toxic accumulations in our cells. WHERE TO SCOOP?

If you start your day off healthily, it often sets you up for a decent day ahead, so why not add a scoop to your breakfast? The subtle, nutty flavour and blended texture means it can be sprinkled over or into your favourite healthy breakfast.
Here are three easy ideas:

Berry bomb: For a quick on-the-go smoothie, blend fresh or frozen berries (see image above) with ice, yoghurt or milk of your choice and ground almonds for protein. Add a scoop (¼ tsp) of Powr Nutrients Freeze-dried + Blended Daikon Radish Seeds. Enjoy in a glass with a sprig of mint for extra freshness.

Wholesome porridge: Cook 60 ml (¼ cup) of porridge oats with 180 ml (¾ cups) water with a pinch of salt. Add a large pinch of ground cinnamon and ginger. Simmer until creamy and cooked to your preference. Stir in grated apple and serve with a sprinkle of raisins, nuts and a scoop (¼ tsp) of Powr Nutrients Freeze-dried + Blended Daikon Radish Seeds.

Tasty toast: Spread creamy avocado over two slices of wholewheat toast. Sprinkle with a scoop (¼ tsp) of Powr Nutrients Freeze-dried + Blended Daikon Radish Seeds. Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice and grind of black pepper. Yum!
